- Understanding the client’s requirements and expectations
- Developing the positions profile including core skills and other desirable characteristics critical to success in the role
- Develop the search strategy
Candidate identification and interviews
- Identifying candidates through in-depth research and sourcing
- Conducting in-depth interviews and evaluating candidates against agreed profile criteria
Reviewing results and submitting a short list
- Discuss with client long-listed candidates to agree upon most interesting profiles
- Submitting the short list and the reports on the candidates to be presented
- Arranging the interviews between client and candidates and counsel both parties throughout
Presentation and reference checking
- Client interviews short listed candidates
- Arranging second round of interviews for the final candidate(s)
- Referencing and presenting the reference check report for the final candidate
Presentation of offer; Integration follow-up
- Assisting client and chosen candidate where necessary to agree employment terms and finalize compensation
- Formal offer made by client
- Candidate liaison during resignation process
- Post-appointment follow-up with client and candidate to ensure successful integration
