During the entire project, we carry out a strict and thorough Quality Assurance process that ensures that every assignment delivers the promised client satisfaction.
The Quality Assurance process is part of the contractual agreement between Quest Advisors and the client and stands as a guarantee for the smooth execution of the assignment. Our Quality Assurance process covers the five main steps of the project.
The moment you have notified us of an existing need, we arrange (if possible, within the next 24 hours) a meeting to discuss the details of the assignment. We want to quickly understand the challenges that you’re facing and define the role you need to fill. A detailed discussion about your business requirements and the key objectives you expect to be met will help us build a comprehensive profile of the ideal Interim Manager for the brief.
We will also use this first meeting to get an understanding of your organizational culture and generate ideas on the type of Interim Manager who will work well with your team, fit in culturally within your company and best meet your expectations.
Within 24 hours after the meeting, we will submit for your approval a written brief with our understanding of your situation and of the profile required.
With the detailed assignment brief, we will search our Quality Experts Profiles to identify the candidate that has the best fit with your expectations. On top of matching business and know-how requirements, our deep knowledge of our Quality Experts will help us quickly understand who will fit best with your company’s culture.
We believe that our selection process is thorough and precise and will identify the candidate in our team that best fits the job and your company: for this reason we make only one candidate recommendation. We will send you the CV, highlighting experience and similar past projects as well as a number of past references. If you agree with the candidate recommendation, we will arrange for you to meet him/her for a face-to-face meeting and finalize the selection.
We will organize a review meeting immediately after you meet the candidate to get your feedback and agree on the next steps. Should our first recommendation not fully meet your expectations, we will integrate your feedback in the revised profile and present you with other candidates from our team or our extended network.
Based on the brief and the selected candidate, we will prepare the assignment contract that will contain the general terms and conditions and the scope of the specific assignment – objectives, deliverables, timescale, duration, fees, etc. We will submit the contract for discussion and approval, and, once you sign the contract, the assignment begins.
Quest Advisors is committed to achieve steps 1-3 within 10 days, having our Quality Expert starting at your company within 10 days of the first meeting.
Our involvement does not end with the signing of the contract and the appointment of the Quality Expert. Quest Advisors will continue to be part of the process also during the assignment, not only to ensure that the project is running smoothly as agreed in the contract, but also to provide, if needed, advice and guidance based on our management consulting experience.
Throughout the assignment we will keep regular contact with both you and our Quality Expert to become aware of and to be able to rapidly manage any potential rising issues or changes in scope/timing. We recommend regular on-site meetings (to be agreed at the beginning of the assignment) to enable an open discussion on any assignment issues.
To manage an efficient communication process, we request a senior point of contact who will be available to us during the assignment and we will appoint a member of our team to be the Quest Advisors communication partner.
Our Quality Experts will follow a systematic reporting process. They are asked to submit weekly reports to us and monthly reports to both us and yourself, summarizing progress against agreed tasks and deliverables and discussing next steps.
As part of the Quality Assurance process, we will use these reviews to check our Quality Expert’s performance and service delivery against the objectives set in the contract.
At the end of each assignment, we will have a final review meeting, where the Quality Expert will present the final project evaluation against deliverables and the hand-over plan for the remaining team. A fundamental element of the Quality Assurance process and a big gain for you is the transfer of knowledge and skills to your team – the hand-over package will ensure that the tasks and responsibilities are smoothly taken over by the team/new manager.
The final review meeting will also be used as an opportunity to gain feedback on our service and references for our Quality Expert. To help us further improve in our activity, we ask each client to fill in our Client Satisfaction Form.
After the end of the assignment we aim to maintain a close relationship with our clients, keeping you informed about current management issues through our newsletter and events.
