Our selection process

We have put in place a very thorough and effective selection process, which ensures that we recommend the very best candidates to our clients. In selecting a candidate, we ensure that, besides the acquired experience and expertise, the candidate has the qualities and skills required to be a dedicated Interim Manager.

 

Most of our professionals come to us through referrals, but in parallel we also do extensive research to identify potential candidates that fit our profile.

 

All potential Interim Managers undertake structured and rigorous face-to-face interviews, where we test their know-how, skills, commitment to interim management and personality.

To get a complete picture of a candidate’s capabilities, we always follow-up with a reference check. We take a minimum of three references, including primarily past employers, colleagues or subordinates but also other stakeholders from the professional or personal network.

 

The gathered information is then evaluated, graded and translated into the “Quality Expert profile”, which is updated regularly to incorporate all changes in our candidates’ development. This profile will be used to quickly identify the perfect match with the clients’ needs and ensure a smooth and effective placement process.
