Quest Advisors was founded as a dedicated Interim Management consulting company: we do not offer general recruitment services and focus all our efforts on creating and developing a team of Quality Experts.

The high standards of our Quality Experts are complemented with a deep management consulting experience of our Quest Advisors team. This will help us add value at every stage of the process: identifying the client needs, working together with the Quality Expert to build a realistic project plan of deliverables and timelines, supporting both the client and the Quality Expert throughout the assignment through regular meetings and immediate escalation.

We commit to have a Quality Expert starting on the assignment ten days from the first meeting.

• Effective selection procedure – we are dedicated to finding the best resource for you – you will not waste your time searching for the best candidate. We will have an initial discussion with you to understand your objectives and requirements and then select and recommend the ideal fit: the Interim Manager who not only has the right expertise and skills but who will moreover be a perfect match for your organizational culture.

• Quality assurance throughout the assignment – we stay closely involved throughout the project, monitoring progress to ensure your objectives are met. We do our best to make each assignment run smoothly, providing extensive support to you and our Quality Experts, and responding promptly to any issues that may arise.

• Clear contracts – our contracts cover all terms and conditions, agreed objectives and deliverables, timelines, reporting structures and progress review procedures, protecting both you and our Quality Experts. All our Quality Experts are set up as limited companies, so you will have no employment liabilities. All Quality Experts have a collaboration contract with Quest Advisors – we will be the contractual link between you and the Quality Expert, take care of all the paperwork and carry the liability. 

• Transparency of the fee structure – you pay for what you get: we agree on a fixed daily rate, with no hidden costs and you pay only for the days the Quality Expert has actually worked.

Our interest is a long-term partnership with you, therefore we’ll never sell you something we don’t believe in. We ensure you have the best possible choice of quality candidates, but in the unlikely event that we do not have the right fit, we will be upright in admitting this.
